About the Project
In 2023, Timișoara hosted the International Meeting of the Orthodox Youth of Timișoara, which took place over 3 days in multiple locations in the city (Rozelor Park, Olimpia Hall, etc.). More than 5,000 people from Romania and the diaspora participated in this international event. From the point of view of organization and logistics, it was necessary for the Archdiocese of Timișoara to create a number of drawings that could be at the disposal of the participants and volunteers involved. Thus, drawings were made to mark all the objectives in the relevant locations, information regarding the organization of processions, the location of state seats, parking spaces for coaches, etc.
About the Process
The drawings made did not have a strictly technical role and were included in an A5 format guide. The level of detail of the drawings, their graphics and the amount of information that had to be represented, were adapted to the requests of the beneficiary. To prepare the plans, scans of all the objectives and the generation of orthophoto plans were made beforehand. These became a full-scale support for the technical drawings they overlapped.

• Post-processing (preparation of presentation plans, in several
versions, with the changes and additions requested by the
