Terrains (Orthophotoplanes)
The creation of topographic surveys and the reshaping of the resulting data is a complex and time-consuming process when standard methods are used. Currently, aerial photogrammetry activity involves the use of UAV’s (with and without LIDAR equipment), which can generate digital terrain elevation models (DEM). The solution we offer is much shorter and allows the generation of 3D models at a very high level of detail. The creation of orthophotoplans allows their use in the field of:
- Urban planning - from urbanistic studies to territorial planning

ARCHITECTURE
3D scanning makes it easy to assess the height differences of terrains in order to determine if it is feasible for building construction. In this way the architects can plan with accuracy the position and overall shape of the building.
PLANNING
Site planning is now possible when having a high fidelity 3D model of the current status. You can assess the existing and plan the future trees and vegetation, parking lots, traffic signs, buildings, vehicle and pedestrian roads, street lighting fixtures, land slopes, above-ground and ground-level installations and so on.
CONSTRUCTION
You can evaluate the stage of works in the construction sites in progress, evaluate the further development possibilities of the terrain, verify and assess the modifications created to the site.
